This building, which dates from the end of the 18th century and has been owned by the city since 1977, will become a municipal cultural space in 2019.
During the 20th century and until its closure in 1967, the building was occupied by a boarding school for young girls. The last owner, Miss DIJOL, donated the building to the City of Cavaillon in 1977.
Between 1979 and 1981, the building was transformed into a home for the elderly, which closed in 2013.
After a series of works in 2019, the site reopens its doors and offers visitors a new municipal space with a cultural vocation, hosting temporary exhibitions and an incredible garden conducive to relaxation.
