It includes a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, a 3-seater sofa, a TV, a DVD player, a mini stereo system; a laundry area with a washing machine; an air-conditioned bedroom with a queen size bed and a bathroom on the first floor (shower and basin).

Outside, there is a shaded private terrace with a garden table, chairs and deckchairs.
This gîte is located south and south-east, it is bright.

A large private car park, out of sight, allows you to park your vehicles.
The swimming pool is freely accessible and can be shared with the tenants of the second gite.
