With a surface area of ​​90 m², the bright gîte is on one level on the ground floor. It has two private entrances, at the front and at the back. With its 3 comfortable bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 6 people. Except in the bathroom and the WC, there is parquet everywhere. All windows are double glazed. Air conditioning in the living rooms guarantees optimal comfort. There is also very good quality wifi access, including from the terrace.

The large semi-open kitchen to the living room is modern and very well equipped: ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave oven, classic electric coffee maker (ground coffee), Senseo coffee maker (coffee in pods), kettle, toaster. Linen - tea towels - is provided at no additional cost.

In the living room there is a convertible sofa with 2 additional beds, a coffee table and a 32 '' flat screen TV with Blue-Ray player.

The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a double sink, a washing machine, a hairdryer and a separate toilet. A towel kit is provided for each holidaymaker.

The cottage has 3 bedrooms: a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm X 200 cm), a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm X 200 cm) and a bedroom with two single beds (90 cm X 200 cm) .

We provide on request a cot, a changing mat and a high chair at no additional cost.

The kitchen opens onto a pleasant 25 m² terrace, with garden table and chairs, deck chairs and electric barbecue.

A parking space is reserved for holidaymakers on the property (attention only 1 space). Animals are not allowed.

End-of-stay cleaning is included in the price. We thus guarantee cleanliness and comfort.
