Le Vieux Bistrot

Le Vieux Bistrot is a unique and elegant setting, bathed in jazz, with a decoration steeped in musical inspiration. During the summer period, our clientele refreshes itself under the Virginia creeper on the terrace.

Our specialities are prepared according to the seasons and the availability of produce: hot ravioles stuffed with Camargue daube or risotto with Luberon truffles for a local "mise en bouche"; sea bream tartar, mango, coconut emulsion or scallops with a creamy sauce infused with chorizo for a gentle gustatory journey. For dessert, a generous slice of homemade tarte Tatin to sweeten the palate.
