Louérion - Terres d'Alliance makes its wines with passion in Cucuron, at the foot of the Luberon, in the heart of a Regional Nature Park. The history of the winery continues and merges with that of vine-growing, which has been present in the Luberon for centuries.
In the 1920s, the region's winegrowers decided to form cooperatives in order to pool their production resources and pass on their knowledge.
At the end of 2009, the wine cellars of Lourmarin, Cadenet, Lauris and Cucuron merged to create ‘Louérion’ (the name given to the Luberon by the Romans), thus showing their determination for the future and symbolising the ancestral values of the winegrowers.
Today, Louérion Terres d'Alliance covers around 950 hectares.
130 cooperative members produce around 50,000 hectolitres of wine a year, in different appellations, always with the same love of wine.
