Sommaire
Château La Sable is a 14-hectare family vineyard, farmed organically. Built around an 18th-century bastide, it is one of the oldest private cellars in the Luberon.
Surrounded by a forest of centuries-old oak and plane trees, the sandy soils give the wines freshness and elegance. The first vines were planted in 1967, using grape varieties typical of the region, including Grenache, Carignan, Syrah and Cinsaut.
Come and find out more about the estate and its vines, finishing with an evening of food and wine tasting.
