You will enter via a large terrace of 100 m2, shaded and planted with trees, with garden furniture and a barbecue area.

On the ground floor is a large, fully-equipped kitchen, opening onto a living/dining room. Laundry area, toilet and cloakroom.

Upstairs, 2 large air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds, one with a king-size 180x200 bed, the 2nd with a 140x190 bed. Each of the 2 bedrooms has an en suite shower room and toilet, with TV and storage space. There is also a large room that doubles as a study/library.

There is an enclosed garage right next to the house.

Cavaillon is an ideal holiday base for visiting the most beautiful sites in Provence: the Alpilles, Luberon and Camargue nature parks, as well as picturesque villages such as Fontaine de Vaucluse, les Baux de Provence, Lourmarin, St Rémy, Gordes and Roussillon. You'll also be just a stone's throw from magnificent towns such as Aix-en-Provence, Avignon and Marseille.
Mont Ventoux, the "giant of Provence", could also be a great destination.
You can also enjoy a round of golf at Saumane, canoeing on the Sorgue, hiking in the Luberon or cycling on the many cycle paths.

Enjoy the flavours of Provence at the region's famous markets (Velleron, Coustellet, l'Isle sur la Sorgue, etc.), olive oils, tasty fruit and vegetables, and local wines (including rosé from the Luberon, Ventoux and Coteaux d'Aix), which you can taste in the many wine cellars.
