Sunsets Vigneron 2024 at Château de Mille

Château de Mille, a major winegrowing estate, welcomes you to its magnificently renovated former cellar to taste its full range of wines: red, white and rosé.
Château de Mille has been producing great wines since the 13th century, and probably even since Roman times. The estate, which has been pursuing an active strategy of vineyard regeneration and biodiversity for several years, is certified organic. You are cordially invited to taste their fine, aromatic wines of character, in the magical setting of the château and its vineyards.

To accompany the estate's wines, l'Atelier Gourmand (Gargas) proposes :

• Cherry tomato tartlet with rocket and basil pesto
• Chakchouka with tomato, pepper, chickpeas and soft-boiled egg
• Honey and vanilla mousse with tomato and red berries
