Sunsets Vignerons at Domaine de la Verrière

Domaine de la Verrière is a family estate that extends its vineyards over hillsides surrounded by a wooded area classified Natura 2000.
Situated on the Gardi hill between Goult and Rousillon, Domaine de la Verrière enjoys a privileged location facing the Luberon mountains.
They produce their different cuvées using the grape varieties of the Ventoux PDO and adapting the ageing methods to suit the particular characteristics of each: stainless steel vats, concrete vats, casks, tuns and dolias.
They are delighted to share their winemaking expertise with you.

To accompany the wines of the Domaine, l'Atelier Gourmand (Gargas) proposes :

• Tomato bruschetta with basil parmesan olives
• Mackerel fillet with olive escabeche - black rice and sun vegetables
  Olive shortbread with lemon, olive oil and basil mousse

Children's menu: roast chicken / roast potatoes + Chocolate dessert
