Sunsets Vignerons 2023 at Château Saint Pons

From the moment you arrive, you'll be enchanted! Breathtaking views and incredible colours.
The Château's vineyards are located near Apt, in the Luberon. Surrounded by forest, far from any roads, these ten hectares of slopes are all in one piece, facing west and facing the villages of Villars and Saint-Saturnin d'Apt.

The Domaine's motto is "Ex uva vinum" (wine is first and foremost the grape), which means that the vines are the first to receive all the care and attention: tilling the soil, short pruning, debudding and hand-picking the grapes.

- Mushrooms stuffed with Pancetta and Ricotta
- Mille-Feuille Goat Cheese Mousse with Bacon - Small Vegetables and Chicken Fillet
- Apricot Compote Verrine - Hazelnut Crumble - Mascarpone Mousse
