"Provençal Tapas Evening

• Tuesday 18th July

To accompany the estate's wines, Les Recettes de Maria proposes :

Cream of courgette soup with saffron,
Broad beans with parmesan and dill,
Panisses and aioli mayonnaise,
Melon, feta, cucumber, mint and lime tartar,
Courgette and sage frittata,
Tian of vegetables with fresh goat's cheese,
Black tapenade and feta marinated in thyme,
Apricot Tatin

Children's menu based on the same proposal in smaller quantities.

"Flavours of the Luberon" evening

• Tuesday 8th August

To accompany the estate's wines, Les Recettes de Maria proposes :

Starter: Focaccia (or tart) with candied cherry tomatoes and rocket
Main course: Tian of sardines
Dessert: Rustic tart with apricots, saffron, honey, rosemary and ewe's milk faisselle
