Sunsets Vignerons en Luberon at Château Turcan

3 stages for 1 festive evening :
- 1 walk in the vineyards (30/45mn)
- 1 visit to the cellar
- 1 wine tasting, accompanied by "petits plats du terroir".

Château Turcan has been a family estate for several generations. A rich terroir, where the family's commitment and care for the land, the plants and the grapes give the wines their true identity. The vineyard extends over 15 hectares in a single block, grouped around the winery. This small, silty, stony plateau is exposed to the midday sun and has plenty of wind, producing wines with original, carefully cultivated and inimitable characteristics.

"Sunset Vegetables & Fruit" evening

• Tuesday 1st August

To accompany the estate's wines, Les Recettes de Maria proposes :
Starter: Verrines of braised vegetables (aubergines, tomatoes, peppers, courgettes) with olive oil and balsamic and anchovies (fresh herbs, rocket, mizuna, edible flowers)
Main course: Grilled chicken strips with basil pesto
Dessert: Roasted nectarines or peaches with verbena or thyme honey and mascarpone cheese

Children's menu based on the same proposal in smaller quantities.
