Le Temps des Sages, one of the smallest cooperative wine cellars in the Luberon, is opening its doors to you for a moment of conviviality! Their wines, recognised for their quality in various competitions and specialist guides, will hold no secrets for you. Immerse yourself in the heart of the vineyards and learn more about these wines, which have won no fewer than 45 gold, 48 silver and 22 bronze medals.

"Flavours of the Luberon" evening

To accompany the estate's wines, Les Recettes de Maria suggests :
Starter: Focaccia (or tart) with candied cherry tomatoes and rocket
Main course: Tian of sardines
Dessert: Rustic tart with apricots, saffron, honey and rosemary and ewe's milk faisselle

Children's menu based on the same proposal in smaller quantities.
