This sale is organised by COBIAC (Collectif de Bibliothécaires et Intervenants en Action Culturelle). The books on sale are donations received by the association from private individuals. Involved in the creation of and cooperation with public libraries, the collective has been working since 1979 at regional and international level to develop reading, culture and knowledge.
