What if indulgence became a space for reflection, sharing, and creativity?
The Confit! Festival invites you to explore the connections between food, culture, and society through an original program combining performances, culinary workshops, talks, walks, tastings, and sensory experiences.
For three weeks, the Luberon and Cavaillon area becomes a true laboratory of ideas and flavors. Artists, writers, chefs, farmers, and locals come together around a shared question: what do our eating habits reveal about our world and our future?
For its 4th edition, Confit! is expanding.
The festival now runs throughout the entire month of May, taking advantage of public holidays to extend its artistic program far beyond Cavaillon.
