Chocolaterie Bernard Castelain has been located in the heart of the Châteauneuf-du-Pape vineyards since 1994 and in Althen-Les-Paluds since 2005. It is now present in Coustellet at the gates of the Luberon.
A company strongly attached to its initial values, concerned with the quality of its products, with a rigorous selection of raw materials, a choice of pure cocoa butter couvertures, a welcoming team and a craft know-how guaranteeing a quality that honours French gastronomy.
