Cabane Sophro in Maubec: relaxation and sensory discovery

Set up inside the Maubec Media Library, Cabane Sophro creates a cosy little space dedicated to calm and sensory discovery. Soft lighting and sensory objects inspired by the Snoezelen approach accompany this relaxing session led by sophrologist Fabienne Talon.

For 30 minutes, participants are guided through relaxation exercises and positive visualisation, interspersed with inspiring stories. A gentle moment designed to introduce young children to sensations, calm and relaxation in a different way.
