Located in the heart of Lourmarin, Galerie Midiune is a cultural address dedicated to art brut and singular art.
The gallery presents artists with free, sensitive and unconventional worlds. Paintings, sculptures, drawings, ceramics and volumes create a lively journey where each artwork invites visitors to slow down and look closely.
In the bright atmosphere of Lourmarin, Midiune offers a meeting with instinctive, personal and deeply human forms of creation.

Galerie Midiune welcomes a new artist: Brigitte Derbigny. Her free and sensitive work explores women, the womb and their symbolism as starting points for a reflection on the human condition.
Drawings and engravings echo one another in a singular world that is raw, obsessive, playful and deeply alive. Each work seems to emerge from an instinctive gesture, between fragility, tension and expressive power.
An exhibition to discover at the gallery, in the heart of Lourmarin, and an invitation to enter Brigitte Derbigny’s intense, organic imagination.
Galerie Midiune nurtures a sensitive approach to art. Here, a visit is not only about observing artworks: it is about entering into materials, gestures, shapes and imaginations.
The gallery is open to art lovers as well as curious visitors looking for an artistic discovery during their stay in the Luberon.
Set in a street in Lourmarin, the gallery naturally fits into a stroll through the village, between heritage, boutiques, terraces and cultural addresses.

Throughout the season, Galerie Midiune hosts a programme dedicated to artists working in art brut and singular art. Each exhibition highlights varied creative paths, between instinctive creation, expressive forms and personal perspectives.
Among the artists presented or represented by the gallery are Brigitte Derbigny, François Lacoste, Hélène Blondin, Pierre Amourette, Nathalie Collange, Lucile Travert, Philippe Fontalba and Régis Duprat.
Each event reveals another side of contemporary creation, in a gallery that values emotion, freedom of gesture and direct encounters with the artworks.
