Gaudineto - Home cooking

Gaudineto, which means "little happy meal" in Provençal, is a family adventure that has brought together Anne-Marie and her daughter-in-law Barbara, both of whom love the flavours and aromas of culinary products.
They concoct traditional family dishes, some handed down through several generations, others innovative, but all inspired by Mediterranean cuisine, such as Mediterranean sea bass cooked Spanish-style, julienne vegetables and steamed potatoes.

That's what they'll be sharing when they come and cook for you for lunch or dinner: the scents, colours and textures that will delight your taste buds.

Depending on what you want, from a cold buffet to a festive dinner or a typically Provençal lunch, their expertise will satisfy your culinary desires. Tasty recipes are also available for vegetarians, vegans and those with gluten or lactose intolerance.

Based in Oppède, Anne-Marie and Barbara travel to villages in and around the Luberon: Ménerbes, Gordes, Bonnieux, Lacoste, l'Isle-sur-Sorgue etc.
