On September 20 in Maubec, young and old alike are invited to celebrate the heritage of the village around the church, with a visit, cyanotype workshops and a drawing competition for children.

On the occasion of European Heritage Days, young and old alike are invited to discover the church of Maubec and to celebrate the living heritage of the village.
The Maubec-Luberon Heritage and Culture association will offer a tour of the building, to better understand its history and its importance in the local landscape.
This convivial day combines heritage discovery, creative workshops and time to share in the heart of the village.
Village children will be able to participate in a drawing competition dedicated to the Maubec church.
The jury will be composed of young adolescents, to promote the views of the youngest on local heritage.
Gifts will be awarded to the five best creations at the end of the competition.
Young people from the A.V.E.C. — La Gare de Coustellet association will offer cyanotype workshops during the afternoon.
This ancient photographic technique makes it possible to create images with characteristic shades of blue, using a simple and poetic process.
An ideal workshop to combine heritage, creation and the sensitive discovery of the image.
The event takes place on Sunday September 20, 2026, from 2 p.m. to 5.30 p.m.
Meet at 450 Grande Rue, 84660 Maubec, around the village church.
Admission is free and participation is free. Snack bar and sweet snacks will be offered on site.
Organization: the afternoon is offered with the Maubec-Luberon Heritage Culture association and the young people of the A.V.E.C. — La Gare de Coustellet association.
