Judith Philibert Céramique en Luberon

Judith welcomes you to the heart of Provence, in a setting of greenery and tranquillity. The workshop is located at the foot of the Luberon, in an old Provencal country house near the village of La Motte d'Aigues.

One-off pieces and small series are made here, in the Provencal countryside. Judith's creations reflect the beauty of this region through her choice of clays, colours and shapes.

Judith draws her inspiration from nature, where nothing is straight and beauty is born of imperfection.
She hand-moulds round objects with organic shapes, whose irregularities bear witness to their artisan origins.

The 56m² workspace is also a place where Judith teaches:

Weekly classes: 2h30 sessions from September to June
Workshops: one weekend a month, with the possibility of accommodation in the gîte ‘La Vallée d'or’.

The workshop is equipped with a wide range of tools; the raw materials are supplied and the firings are carried out in the workshop.
