Journey through stories

L’heure du conte in the Luberon media libraries
Read, listen, imagine together

L’heure du conte invites children and their accompanying adults to enjoy a gentle moment together around books. Funny, tender or magical stories: librarians take children and grown-ups on a journey through picture books, tales and illustrations.

Depending on the session, storytelling takes many different forms: nursery rhymes, finger plays, story mats, kamishibai, picture books, pop-up books or musical accompaniment. Each session becomes a warm and friendly interlude designed to nurture a love of books and reading.

Sessions are held from September to December in several media libraries in the LMV network. Times, recommended ages and booking requirements vary depending on the session.

A warm and welcoming event to discover, listen to and share the joy of stories as a family.
