The swimming pool

The large garden includes a private, heated and secure swimming pool.
The pool, with its wide steps, is 10 metres long and 4 metres wide, and has a built-in jacuzzi.
The pool has a minimum depth of 120 cm and a maximum depth of 150 cm. Sun loungers and parasols are available.

The 200 m² residence

This property offers :

The exterior

The house is set in 3,000 m² of enclosed grounds planted with olive trees and other trees reminiscent of Provence.
You will enjoy sitting out on your 45 m² terrace and accessing the outdoor kitchen with plancha, American fridge, sink and cupboards.
In the grounds, you'll find a garage, with access from the house, for one car, as well as parking spaces for other cars at the rear of the house.
For your entertainment, there is a pétanque, beach volleyball and badminton court, as well as a table tennis table.
