Organised by the Rotary Club Cavaillon Saint-Jacques, La Boucle Rose is a major charity sporting event in Cavaillon. Each year, runners and walkers gather on Saint-Jacques hill to support breast cancer research. 100% of registration fees are donated to the association NRB Vaincre le Cancer.
Four running and walking routes are available, accessible to experienced athletes as well as amateur participants wishing to support a charitable cause:
The start takes place at Le Grenouillet, rue Alphonse Jauffret in Cavaillon, at the foot of Saint-Jacques hill. Parking is available nearby to facilitate access for participants.
Bib collection:
Saturday April 18 from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm at the Grenouillet Sports Hall
Sunday April 19 between 8:00 am and 9:00 am at the race start area
Each participant receives an official La Boucle Rose T-shirt. Refreshments and snacks are provided at the finish line to share a friendly moment after the effort.
At 11:00 am: Official presentation of the €12,000 cheque raised during the previous edition, in the presence of NRB Vaincre le Cancer.
By taking part in La Boucle Rose, you directly contribute to funding breast cancer research and supporting local awareness and prevention initiatives.
The routes follow the natural paths of Saint-Jacques Hill, including technical sections, runnable areas and several refreshment points. The courses are clearly marked and secured to ensure the safety of both runners and walkers.
Discover the different route maps on Saint-Jacques Hill. The courses run along natural trails, wooded areas and ridge sections, with specific signage for each distance. The 12 km trail offers a full loop with 241 m of elevation gain, while the 7 km and 4 km formats allow for accessible and supportive participation.
