Welcome to La Buissonnière, a former bourgeois residence from the 17th century nestled in the heart of the old village of Oppède. Once a village school, it now overlooks cobbled streets and the medieval remains of a peaceful, well-preserved village.
Set in a protected environment and listed as a remarkable heritage site, La Buissonnière offers total tranquillity, sweeping views over the Luberon, and true architectural authenticity: stone floors, exposed beams, limewashed walls… Everything invites you to disconnect.
Its original and colourful decor creates a soft, relaxing atmosphere.
A slow tourism and eco-conscious spirit
Designed with a slow tourism philosophy, this guest house follows the principles of green building: natural materials, wood wool insulation, ecological wastewater treatment, and biodegradable cleaning products.
Behind every choice lies the same intention: to offer a meaningful and sustainable stay, respectful of the environment and the natural rhythm of the region. Even the linen sheets reflect this commitment to simple elegance.

At the back of the house, a south-facing enclosed garden awaits you for breakfast in the sun, a nap in the shade, or a refreshing dip in the natural wooden pool (chlorine-free, purified by electrolysis).
In summer, breakfasts are served outdoors; in autumn, in one of the cozy lounges. You’ll also find a hi-fi system, a library, a fully equipped kitchen… and the ultimate luxury: no TV in the rooms, but a shared one is available on rainy days.

The house offers three bedrooms (including a family suite) spread over two floors, each with a private bathroom, high-quality bedding, and its own atmosphere.
