In Cavaillon, La Distillerie du Midi handcrafted spirits and liquors with Provençal accents. Pastis, gin and fruity or gourmet creations make up a range designed around aromatic plants, fruits and flavors from the South.

The distillery favors local products or products from short circuits as much as possible, with particular attention paid to the balance of aromas and the quality of recipes.
