


At the foot of the village of Cucuron, between vineyards, garrigue and the Provencal sun, La Fromagerie de Cucuron perpetuates the art of farmhouse goat's cheese with passion and exacting standards. This authentic place, on a human scale, is the expression of a strong commitment to preserving know-how, promoting local producers and offering exceptional, lively and tasty cheeses.
Behind the cheese dairy is Elsa, a convinced epicurean and lover of good produce. It was with heart and conviction that she founded this workshop-boutique, carefully selecting her producers to guarantee quality, transparency and taste.
In her workshop, each cheese is shaped by hand, in harmony with the seasons and in respect of tradition. Made from raw goat’s milk and without additives, each round, log or tomme expresses the best of the terroir. Fresh, aged, ashed or coated in herbs… a wide variety of cheeses that evolve with time, care and intuition.
