This elegant and spacious bastide, surrounded by a landscaped garden of 3,300 m², offers breathtaking views of the Luberon massif and privileged access to the surrounding nature.

Designed to combine comfort and authenticity, the house features a heated pool, several shaded terraces, and a refined, bright interior. An ideal place to recharge with family or friends while enjoying the Provençal way of life.

From the moment you arrive, let yourself be charmed by the generous spaces and elegant decor of this fully air-conditioned 170 m² bastide.

On the Ground Floor

• A cozy living room with a leather corner sofa, club armchair, TV, and DVD player.
• A bright dining area with a large wooden table and 10 chairs, opening onto a shaded terrace by the pool.
• A fully equipped open kitchen: SMEG 6-burner induction stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Nespresso machine, toaster, and teapot.
• A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, as well as a pantry with storage cupboards and an American-style fridge.
• A bedroom (23 m²) with two 90x200 beds (which can be combined into a 180x200 bed), a wardrobe, and a private bathroom with an Italian-style shower. Direct access to the garden via a south-facing French window.

• Bedroom 2 (16 m²): 1 single bed (90x190) + 2 bunk beds (90x190), bathroom with shower, bathtub, double sink, and towel rack.
• Bedroom 3 (16 m²): 2 beds (90x200) (can be combined into a 180x200 bed), private bathroom with shower and sink.
• Bedroom 4 (17 m²): 2 beds (90x200) (can be combined into a 180x200 bed), private bathroom with shower and sink.

• A heated pool (10x4m, flat-bottomed) available from April to October, maintained at 25°C thanks to its rolling cover.
• Two furnished terraces: one under a canopy with a large table and a Weber gas barbecue, the other under a pergola with a garden lounge.
• A secure private parking area with an electric vehicle charging station.
  
  

An ideal setting to enjoy breakfast to the sound of cicadas, read in the shade of the trees, or share an aperitif at sunset.
