Bistronomic restaurant - Les Terrasses de Guilles

The experience naturally continues at the table, at Les Terrasses de Guilles restaurant, where the chef offers creative bistronomic cuisine inspired by Provence and constantly evolving.

The menu changes with the seasons, guided by perfectly ripe ingredients and the work of passionate local producers. Sault spelt, Ventoux pork, trout from L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, asparagus from Mallemort, olive oil from local mills and regional goat cheeses… flavours that reflect the character of the region with authenticity and simplicity.

The restaurant is enjoyed through two complementary settings: a bright dining room with clean lines open to the outdoors, and a shaded terrace surrounded by greenery, ideal for enjoying sunny days in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
