Traditionally original restaurant. Seasonal cuisine, in a magnificent 19th century farmhouse in the Gordes countryside. The menu changes daily according to the market.
185 chemin de Tourteron, Les Imberts, 84220, Gordes
Situated just a stone's throw from the famous village of Gordes, the restaurant has been taken over by Alexis Osmont, a talented young chef from Evreux who has already made a name for himself at ‘L'Endroit’ in Honfleur and was head chef at ‘Gourmandises’, a restaurant in Cormeilles in the Eure department.
Although the old farmhouse seems frozen in time, Alexis's cuisine, inspired by market produce, exudes spontaneity and freshness.
Each dish is delicately presented: snail fricassee accompanied by a delicious potato cream, roast turbot with meat jus and pig's trotters or roast monkfish tail with bread and Paimpol cocos, not forgetting, for a Provençal touch, the farmhouse pork chop with aubergines au jus. For dessert, the Normandy tart with apples and salted caramel is a reminder of Alexis's origins.
In summer, make yourself comfortable on the shady terrace and enjoy a gourmet moment in the open air, in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
Come and discover this place where tradition and innovation meet to offer an unforgettable gastronomic experience.
