Set off to explore the Luberon vineyard and discover the magnificent landscapes shaped by men and women passionate about viticulture!

Located in the southern Rhône Valley, the Luberon stands out for its elegant and complex wines, the result of the passionate work of its winemakers.

Luberon en Tous Sens is an invitation to explore this land rich in flavors and colors through a series of activities designed for wine and nature enthusiasts. The must-attend spring event to immerse yourself in the world of Luberon wines, meet passionate winemakers, and discover hidden treasures.

Destination Luberon, Pays d'Apt Luberon, Luberon Sud Tourisme, Isle sur la Sorgue Tourisme, the Pertuis Tourist Office, and the AOC Luberon invite you to Vaugines on Sunday, May 18, to meet a dozen winemakers for a convivial moment!

Join us on Sunday, May 18, in Vaugines for an exceptional immersion into the winemaking world of the Luberon, a region renowned for its breathtaking landscapes and wines with incomparable aromatic richness. A day full of discoveries and conviviality awaits you!

The 2025 Program

1- Discovery Hike

Start your adventure with an easy hike of approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes of walking (200m elevation gain).

Departure between 9:30 AM and 10:15 AM from the Esplanade of the Church of Vaugines.

Starting from Vaugines and passing through Cucuron, you will enjoy three gourmet stops along the route: almond tasting in Cucuron, wine tasting, landscape reading, and appetizers prepared by a chef from Cucuron.

Each participant will receive a specially designed roadbook for the event.

2- Wine Tasting

After the hike, enjoy a wine tasting offered by a dozen wineries and cooperative cellars labeled «Vignobles & Découvertes» and «Vignobles du Luberon», who will present their finest Red, White, and Rosé cuvées.

3- Chef's Picnic with Giovanni Facchinetti

Next, Chef Giovanni Facchinetti (chef of the restaurant L’Insitio, listed in the Michelin Guide and labeled « Vignobles & Découvertes ») will offer you a picnic.

His dishes are prepared exclusively with fresh ingredients, highlighting seasonal products and the rich terroir of the Luberon.

His cuisine is also inspired by the flavors discovered during his travels, as well as by ancient culinary traditions.

4- "Dis-Marcel", A Theatrical Reading

This wonderful day will conclude with the "Dis Marcel" theatrical sketches performed by Terra Incognita, paying tribute to Marcel Pagnol on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of his passing.

"Dis Marcel" is a slightly nostalgic walk, bringing to life the language of Pagnol – a language that still lingers in our ears and has left its mark on literature, cinema, and theater.
