Maison Balèti celebrates the sunny flavours and colourful dishes of our region. Working with seasonal produce, the restaurant offers gourmet cuisine to share, highlighting the authentic taste of local ingredients.

Local commitment

At the heart of this project, Maison Balèti works with local producers and breeders. It's vital for us to work in a short circuit, to showcase regional products and to promote our beautiful Provence.

The bar and lounge area, accessible without reservation, is a great place for sharing. In a typical Provencal setting, you won't be coming just to dine, but also to share a moment of lightness to the rhythm of a musical programme led by talented artists.
