Summer Masterclass & Concert - The Seasons of the Voice in Gordes

An immersion into the world of Mozart and lyrical art

This concert highlights the new generation of opera singers around the iconic opera of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, through a subtle showcase of the vocal repertoire and artistic transmission.

The Summer Concert of the Seasons of the Voice returns to Gordes with an edition dedicated to lyrical excellence around “Le Nozze di Figaro”. Presented by Les Saisons de la Voix, this event brings together the winners of the 17^th Gordes International Melody Competition 2025, under the artistic direction of Mathieu Pordoy.

In the exceptional setting of the Gardens of the Gordes Town Hall, the public is invited to discover the lyrical talents of tomorrow through a sensitive and demanding programme, carried by young artists already recognised for their vocal mastery and stage presence.

Between the richness of timbres, the expressiveness of the performances and dramatic intensity, this musical evening promises a rare moment where opera meets pure emotion, in one of the most beautiful villages of the Luberon.

Public masterclasses and final concert

Before the concert, several days of public masterclasses are offered around “Le Nozze di Figaro”, allowing the audience to go behind the scenes of artistic work and observe the transmission between established artists and young talents.

These workshops are supervised by Mathieu Pordoy, with the participation of Richard Martet for the presentation and Alexandre De Marco for the stage workshops.
