Miaam is a dairy farm based in L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, in the Vaucluse region of France, specialising in the production of artisanal ice creams. More than 60% of the ingredients used in our recipes come directly from our farm, especially the milk and cream, enabling us to offer authentic, tasty farm-made ice creams.

La ferme Miaam offers you delicious ice creams made with LOVE in l'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue. We are committed to making quality products with strong values: short supply chains, eco-responsibility and healthy products. To achieve this, we control the entire production chain from A to Z, producing our ice creams from the milk of our four cows: Pannacotta, Promesse, Roulotte and Revoltée.

We have selected the best ingredients for each of our flavours and have chosen to sell locally.

Delicious and authentic flavours

At Miaam, every flavour tells a story and showcases exceptional ingredients, carefully selected for their origin, quality, and taste. Our ice creams are made on the farm using milk from our own cows, and our sorbets are mostly made with full-flavoured fruits.

Our Ice Creams

  • Fleur de Lait with Honey – Delicate and floral, enhanced with PGI Provence honey.
  • Bourbon Vanilla – Vanilla pods infused in milk for an intense flavour from Madagascar.
  • Chocolate – A blend of two chocolates for a rich and creamy experience.
  • Salted Caramel – A perfect balance of sweetness and a hint of salt (Camargue).
  • Hazelnut – Made from roasted hazelnuts from Piedmont, prepared on the farm.
  • Pistachio – Intense and subtle, with a long-lasting taste (Sicily).
  • White Coffee – Gentle coffee notes from locally roasted beans in Avignon, light and surprising.
  • Peanut – New in 2024, with a nostalgic and ultra-gourmet taste.
  • Rum Raisin – Raisins macerated in Caribbean rum for a captivating flavour.

New in 2025: individual takeaway tubs

Miaam now offers individual 160 ml tubs, each equivalent to 2 scoops of ice cream, to mix and match your favorite flavors.

Full-Fruit Sorbets

  • Strawberry – Fruity and tangy, made with strawberries from Rhône-Alpes.
  • Pear – The natural sweetness of local pears for a light delight.
  • Yellow Lemon – Ultra-refreshing sorbet with lemons from Sicily.
  • Raspberry – Bold and tart, for lovers of red fruits.
  • Blackcurrant – Rich and fragrant, made with berries from Burgundy.
  • Peach-Apricot – A sunny duo from southern orchards, smooth on the palate.

Free from artificial colouring and preservatives, our ice creams are made with care, embracing local sourcing and product integrity. Every cup is a responsible treat.

Where can you find our ice creams and sorbets?

From May to September, at local farmers’ markets:

  • Vedène – Thursday from 5 pm to 7 pm
  • Velleron – Friday from 6 pm to 7:30 pm
  • Petit Palais – Saturday from 7:30 am to 12:30 pm
