Inspired by the Japanese Nagori concept, which evokes “the trace of a season that is leaving”, the restaurant offers soft, memorable cuisine that respects the rhythm of the seasons.
At Nagori, cooking is guided by emotion, memories, and seasonality. Each ingredient is carefully selected to create a delicate and balanced taste experience.
Everything is made on site, from bread to desserts, with products from short circuits and cuisine that respects flavors.
