Artisanal honeys in the Luberon
Born and raised in Cavaillon, a beautiful town in the Luberon region of France, we keep our own bees in partnership with the Office National des Forêts (ONF). This initiative helps to preserve bees and their natural habitat, while contributing to the protection of forests. Bees contribute to biodiversity through their role as pollinators.
We produce pure, natural, cold-extracted honeys that preserve their nutritional properties and natural aromas:
- Garrigue honey: This honey is harvested from the wild flowers that grow in the garrigue of Provence. It has a unique flavour and floral notes.
- Lavender honey: Bees gather honey from lavender fields to produce this delicate, fragrant honey. It is appreciated for its sweetness and floral aroma.
- Chestnut honey: This dark, robust honey comes from the flowers of the chestnut tree. It has an intense, woody flavour.
We invite you to come and taste our honeys at the markets in Provence.
