The Jardins Rêves association offers you the exhibition “Siestes et Parasols” in the village of Vieil Oppède.
On the way up to the Collegiate Church, umbrellas become a medium for creation, color and imagination, in the heart of a village steeped in charm and heritage.
An original and participatory exhibition, designed as a poetic, colorful and free tribute to Consuelo, to the creativity and inspiring landscapes of Old Oppède.
The exhibition invites everyone to imagine and decorate a parasol, in complete freedom, with paintings, collages, drawings, cuts, stitching or any other creative technique.
These personalized umbrellas make up a unique artistic journey in Old Oppède, between outdoor installation, creative gesture and heritage walk.
The initiative can be experienced alone, with the family or with children, as an invitation to transform an everyday object into a colorful work.

The opening will take place on June 28 at 7 pm. It will be followed by a concert by Angelo Citriniti, to extend the evening in a musical and friendly atmosphere.
The exhibition also pays tribute to Consuelo, on the occasion of the 125th anniversary of her birth.
