Set off for a gourmet evening in the heart of the Luberon, combining organic olive oil, Provençal truffles and local flavours.
The experience begins at Moulin Bastide du Laval, an olive-growing estate founded in 1998 in Cadenet, before continuing in a truffle plantation in Villelaure.
A two-part evening to discover Provençal know-how, meet passionate producers and savour some of the Luberon’s most iconic products.
During a guided tour of the mill, discover the secrets behind the estate’s olive oils, its modern facilities and the know-how that goes into every bottle.
The visit continues in the olive grove with a tasting of the 14 olive oils produced by Moulin Bastide du Laval, facing the landscapes of the Luberon.
A special moment to better understand the aromas, textures and culinary uses of organic olive oil.

The evening continues with Laurence and Pierre Jaubert, passionate truffle growers for over 40 years.
Accompanied by their truffle dogs, you will attend a summer truffle hunting demonstration at the foot of the truffle oaks.
This discovery offers a closer look at traditional know-how, rooted in the land, the trees and the gestures passed down by truffle growers.
To round off this Provençal experience, a tasting showcases truffles, olive oil and local flavours.
