At Clos des Saumanes, authenticity, nature and know-how come together. The philosophy of the estate can be summed up in a few words: respect the place, produce beautiful grapes and produce wines that are pleasant, original and faithful to the land.

Michel, Julie and Bruno Ébé cultivate a preserved estate here, where wine meets conviviality, culture and moments of sharing.
Throughout the year, Clos des Saumans welcomes festive experiences in the heart of the vineyards, in a peaceful and warm setting.
Each visit is an opportunity to discover the behind the scenes of the estate and to meet those who cultivate vines with passion.
Terroir & know-how

The Clos des Saumanes benefits from a remarkable land, shaped by the history of the Rhône Valley.
Rolled pebbles, ancient remains, store the heat of the sun and promote the maturity of the grapes. Soils combining sand and clay bring freshness and minerality to the wines.
The natural hedge of holm oaks that surround the estate creates a unique microclimate, protecting the vine and promoting the natural balance of the ecosystem.
Organic vines and vinification that respects the fruit
Cultivated in organic agriculture for more than ten years, the vines of Clos des Saumanes express themselves freely to give birth to pleasant, gourmet and sincere wines.
Vinified directly on the estate, the wines faithfully reflect the personality of the place: freshness, balance and conviviality.
Vinification is based on a traditional approach that respects the fruit, with minimal interventions and gentle extractions.
Wines & cuvees

At Clos des Saumans, each wine tells a facet of the estate and its land. The cuvees are divided into three complementary parts: Les Sarments, les Côtes du Rhône and les Parcellaires.
Les Sarments embody the convivial soul of Le Clos: white, red and rosé form the same family of fresh, accessible and unpretentious wines, designed as a large open table in the heart of Provence.
Gourmet red, fresh and salty white, light and fruity rosé: these cuvees accompany aperitifs, simple meals, lively tables and moments of sharing with friends.
