Nestled in the hills of Saumane-de-Vaucluse, near L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, Domaine TréluS is a family-run vineyard founded in 2017 by brothers Laurent and Sylvain Tamisier, continuing the legacy of their grandfather.
Spread over 18 hectares, the estate is cultivated using organic and biodynamic methods, reflecting deep respect for nature and terroir.
Its diverse soils—limestone, clay, and sand—and unique microclimates produce elegant and complex wines.
Each cuvée authentically expresses the richness of this Provençal land, offering wine lovers a truly sensory experience.

  • Apricot & peach tartlet in tartare style, orange blossom whipped mascarpone cream

  • Herbed cow’s milk brousse, green herb oil, seed crackers, raspberry

  • Rosemary-roasted apricots, almond crumble

To pair with the estate's wines, Moloko (Avignon) offers:

  • Thin tart with candied tomato, reduced balsamic, toasted almonds
  • Lightly seared beef, grilled heirloom tomato in olive oil, cherry tomato dressing
  • Breton shortbread, mascarpone cream, tomatoes & raspberries

Vegetarian option:

Crispy fresh goat cheese with honey, grilled heirloom tomato in olive oil, cherry tomato dressing
