For the Deflaux family, a Provençal family deeply rooted in the Petit Luberon around Ménerbes, roots are never forgotten. More than a wine estate, Domaine des Cancélades continues to cultivate vines, fruit trees and ancestral know-how.

The estate preserves an agricultural heritage of around 40 hectares, passed down through several generations.
Since 2004, Cyril and Laurie Deflaux, supported by their family, have chosen to vinify their own grapes and create their own distinctive cellar.
During the Sunsets Vignerons, Domaine des Cancélades invites you to discover an estate where tradition, independence, passion and transmission come together.
Vines, fruits, olives and farm products
The winery is only a diversification within a larger farm. The estate also grows table grapes, cherries, apricots and a few olives.
The farm's productions value the seasons and know-how: local wines, fruits, cherry and apricot nectars, jams and olive oil.
This agricultural diversity gives the Domaine des Cancélades a deeply Provençal identity, between gluttony, transmission and attachment to the territory.
Terroir & know-how
Since 2006, Laurie and Cyril Deflaux have vinified their wine grapes themselves, in a cellar built in a former stone quarry, 7 meters deep.
This unique place concentrates the domain's know-how: grapes planted, cultivated, cared for, harvested, vinified, aged, filtered, bottled, packaged and sold by them.
This control of the entire production chain makes it possible to highlight the colors of the land and the personality of the estate's wines.
Wines & cuvees
The Domaine des Cancélades produces red, rosé and white wines in AOP Luberon, AOP Ventoux and IGP Vaucluse.
In AOP, the estate highlights the grape varieties typical of the region. In IGP, it offers a range of single-grape varieties, designed to express the characteristics of the country and the land.
All wines come from grapes grown organically, with attention paid to each stage, from vine to bottle.
