To accompany the wines of the Domaine, Les Papilles de Valou proposes :

• Tomato Tartar with Basil, Creamy Burrata, Tomato Oil, Roasted Buckwheat
• Fleur de Lys (Céreste Artisan Pasta) with Dried Tomato Delight, Roasted Cherry Tomatoes, Roasted Courgettes, Roasted Cucuron Almonds
• Confit Tomato, Lavender Honey and Slivered Almond Tartlet

For children : Tomato Salad / Lily Flower Salad with Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumber and Hard-boiled Egg / Fromage Blanc with Apricots

Olive evening

In a warm atmosphere at sunset, savour dishes prepared from this small green or black fruit that weaves its history through Provençal culture and cuisine, served with a tasting of the estate's wines. Mediterranean flavours are revealed, accompanied by wines carefully selected to complement the nuances of the olives.
