Between collective energy, popular traditions and a ball atmosphere, Bando Pé d'Estrada transforms Lauris into a real dance floor in the colors of the Nordeste.
As part of the Shared Voices Festival, Lauris Town Hall Square is hosting a festive Bal Forró with Bando Pé d'Estrada, for an evening focused on dance, sharing and Brazilian rhythms.
With four musicians deeply rooted in the tradition of Nordeste Brazil, the group invites the public to enter the joyful and lively world of Forró. This popular music, nourished by Afro-indigenous rhythms, also carries the poetic nostalgia of rural Brazilian life.
Ciranda, Côco, Maracatu, Samba... the repertoire is generous, lively and deeply festive. Through the songs, rhythms and stories of Yann Cabôco, the musical journey becomes total.
This ball is part of the program of the 2026 Shared Voice Festival, a 6th edition dedicated to the music and cultures of South America.
A great opportunity to dance, sing and share a festive moment in the open air, in the heart of Lauris.
