Since 1991, the precious know-how of Mr Yves Thuriès has been passed on to our chocolate-makers, perpetuating a tradition of quality and excellence in taste. With meticulous attention to detail, the best raw materials are selected for each creation, because quality is at the heart of the company's commitment.

Our chocolatiers work in harmony, combining their technical expertise with their artistic creativity to bring unique creations to life. Each piece tells a story, blending tradition and innovation to awaken the senses and tantalise the taste buds.
Commitment to sustainability
We are proud of our commitment to quality and sustainability. The cocoa beans come from the Rainforest certified plantation in San Fernando, Ecuador, offering an intense flavour and floral notes. Baleyssagues hazelnuts, meanwhile, are carefully selected and used as a signature ingredient in our recipes, sparking passionate discussions and tastings.
At Chocolats Thuriès, every festive season is an opportunity to celebrate complicity and shared emotions. Our shop windows are transformed into theatrical stages, where chocolate creatures come to life to amaze young and old alike.
