Domaine Le Novi - La Tour d'Aigues

The Domaine Le Novi has been in our family for 5 generations.
Romain & Jean Claude cultivate about 20 hectares of organic vineyards in the commune of La Tour d'Aigues, exclusively planted with 12 southern grape varieties (40% white and 60% red). In their wines, which are mainly made from Safres or Grès Tendres terroir, they seek to express the fresh character of the Luberon climate, a late-ripening terroir in the Rhône Valley!
