From 18 to 31 July 2026, Les Estivales des Taillades returns with a new edition dedicated to live performance, music and emotion. In the unique setting of the Théâtre des Carrières, the festival offers six evenings combining theatre, gypsy jazz, piano, a concert-reading, a musical duo and a soul tribute.
This programme invites audiences to move from one world to another, between stage humour, distinctive voices, instrumental virtuosity and shared moments. From contemporary comedy to intimate sounds, from reimagined piano pieces to an evening devoted to Clara and Robert Schumann, not forgetting a vibrant tribute to Otis Redding, each event promises a different experience.
On each performance evening, a free pre-concert opens the night on Place de la Mairie, in a friendly atmosphere, with food available on site.

Le Sosie, a comedy by Anthony Joubert and Christian Faviez.
Christian has led his fiancée to believe that he is the childhood friend of a famous singer. But the wedding is approaching, and the meeting can no longer be avoided. To keep up appearances, he hires a lookalike. An idea that quickly turns into an XXL disaster.
Free pre-concert: Trio Popcorn, with pop-rock hits from the 1930s to the 1970s in a rock’n’roll and rockabilly atmosphere.

Birds on a Wire, featuring Rosemary Standley and Dom La Nena.
Voice and cello come together in a radiant duo, blending folk, classical music and world music. From Leonard Cohen to Barbara, from The Cure to Pink Floyd, Birds on a Wire reimagines musical repertoires with grace, freedom and intensity.
Free pre-concert: Kitch’n Tale, a folk-pop duo formed by Tara Allaway and Laurent Decavele, joined for the occasion by Kévin Gardin on drums.

Loco Cello invites Angelo Debarre, blending gypsy jazz, classical music, tango and Central European music.
Cellist François Salque, guitarist Samuel Strouk and double bassist Jérémie Arranger welcome Angelo Debarre, master of gypsy guitar. Together, they bring the strings into dialogue in a virtuosic, generous and deeply vibrant concert.
Free pre-concert: Au Fil des Cordes, a musical journey through swing, classical music, jazz and tango, shaped by sensitive arrangements and a wonderful on-stage chemistry.

Jérémy Hababou, Unorthodox Pianist.
A pianist and composer with a traveller’s soul, Jérémy Hababou blends jazz, classical music and Eastern influences. From Mozart to Brel, from Ravel to Céline Dion, he revisits musical repertoires with sensitivity, freedom and curiosity.
Free pre-concert: Trio Renaissance, with great classics of French chanson from the 1970s and 1980s, from Michel Delpech to Joe Dassin, France Gall and Charles Aznavour.

An Evening with the Schumanns, featuring Julie Depardieu, Delphine Haidan and Jean-Frédéric Neuburger.
This concert-reading delves into the intimate world of the legendary couple Clara and Robert Schumann. Letters, diaries, lieder and piano pieces intertwine to recreate the atmosphere of 19th-century artistic salons.
Free pre-concert: Goldy Flower, a folk, country and international pop trio that moves between genres and decades with freshness and cheerfulness.

Ze Funky Family, Otis Redding Tribute.
A true groove reference, Ze Funky Family pays tribute to Otis Redding in a 100% live soul-funk concert. Blending rhythm and blues, soul, funk, rock and disco, the band brings back the raw energy and emotion of a legendary voice.
Free pre-concert: Simple Duo, a voice and a bass for a sensitive pop-folk performance, combining intimate resonance, depth and suspended harmonies.
On each performance evening, Les Estivales des Taillades offers a free concert to open the evening on Place de la Mairie. These musical events are a great way to enjoy the festival atmosphere before the performances at the Théâtre des Carrières.
Pop-rock, folk, swing, French chanson, country or international pop: these pre-concerts offer a friendly musical interlude, with food available on site.
