Gordes summer evenings - Festival

Every summer, the Festival de Gordes, also known as Les Soirées d’été de Gordes, invites audiences to enjoy open-air concerts and performances in the exceptional setting of the Théâtre des Terrasses, in the heart of the village.

Nestled against the rock, this open-air theatre offers panoramic views over the plain and the landscapes of the Luberon. With its amphitheatre-style seating, it creates a special sense of closeness between artists and audiences.

The 2026 edition will take place from 3 to 10 August and will feature five evenings at 9:30 p.m., ranging from chanson and comedy to Latin music, jazz and electro-soul: Yael Naim, Philippe Caverivière, Yuri Buenaventura, Fred Nardin & Anne Sila and Electro Deluxe.

On Monday 3 August 2026, the Festival de Gordes welcomes Yael Naïm for a luminous evening centred around her new album Solaire.

With this deeply personal project, the artist makes a sensitive return, blending delicate pop, electronic textures and finely crafted vocal flights. Her singular voice carries intimate songwriting, where each song seems to seek light at the heart of emotion.

Between rebirth, freedom and the search for inner balance, Solaire invites audiences on a vibrant, poetic and deeply human musical journey.

On Wednesday 5 August 2026, the Festival de Gordes welcomes Philippe Caverivière for an evening of comedy, wit and impertinence.

A columnist, writer and comedian, Philippe Caverivière comments on current affairs with sharp, biting and often irresistible humour. Known for his appearances on RTL and television, he brings a free, incisive and deeply human tone.

With Tu crois que c’est une bonne idée ?, his first show, he continues his stage career in a one-man performance that reflects his style: funny, sharp, direct and thoroughly contemporary.

On Thursday 6 August 2026, the Festival de Gordes welcomes Yuri Buenaventura, ambassador of Colombian salsa and a major figure in Latin music.

Discovered by the French public with his unforgettable cover of Ne me quitte pas, the artist blends Afro-Caribbean rhythms, Latin jazz and French-language influences with communicative generosity.

Heir to a salsa that is sensual, romantic and committed, Yuri Buenaventura turns every concert into a vibrant moment, driven by the energy of dance, the warmth of his voice and deep humanity. A radiant and lively music, where history is danced as much as it is heard.

On Saturday 8 August 2026, the Festival de Gordes welcomes an exceptional jazz evening with Fred Nardin Trio [+], joined for the occasion by outstanding guests: Anne Sila and Stefano di Battista.

A key figure on the French jazz scene, Fred Nardin brings rare intensity to the piano. Winner of the Django Reinhardt Prize 2016 from the Académie du Jazz and co-founder of the Amazing Keystone Big Band, he is also a sought-after composer, arranger and musical director.

With Trio [+], his latest critically acclaimed opus, he brings together Viktor Nyberg on double bass and Romain Sarron on drums. The luminous voice of Anne Sila and the incandescent saxophone of Stefano di Battista enrich this ambitious creation, blending refined groove, musical complicity and a taste for improvisation.

On Monday 10 August 2026, the Festival de Gordes comes to a close with Electro Deluxe, an unclassifiable French band that has become a true live music reference.

For more than 20 years, Electro Deluxe has revisited and shaken up the legacy of jazz, soul and funk on stages around the world. Driven by powerful brass, a formidable rhythm section and the energetic voice of James Copley, the band delivers an explosive, warm and instantly recognisable sound.

Between powerful groove, soul elegance and festive energy, Electro Deluxe turns every concert into an intense shared experience. A firework finale to close the 2026 edition of the festival.
