Located on the charming Place de Vaugines, the Insitio restaurant stands out for its culinary approach, with the emphasis on fresh produce and a deep respect for the seasons and the local terroir. The menu, influenced by travel and tradition, is renewed weekly and is accompanied by an impressive selection of 350 wines. On request, personalised menus are created, demonstrating a rare flexibility: vegetarian, vegan options, gastronomic specialities, seafood or Italian flavours, available with 48 hours' notice.

The young, dynamic team, both in the kitchen and in the dining room, embody excellence in their attention to detail. Trained in Michelin-starred establishments in France and Italy, the Chef and Maitre d' provide Insitio with top-level culinary expertise. Their passion, enriched by countless travels, finds its expression in the desire to share a unique know-how, the fruit of varied experience.

Immersion in the art of living

Insitio's commitment to creating a memorable experience doesn't stop at the table. Services such as the in-home chef, takeaway and a wine shop are available, allowing you to take a little of the Insitio spirit home with you. In order to offer a complete experience, the restaurant can also be privatised, and a studio can be rented, just two minutes from the restaurant, to extend your stay in this idyllic little village, allowing you to find yourself 'here and elsewhere' at the same time.

Vaugines, with its pedestrian square in the heart of the village, was an instant favourite with Insitio. This village, which has preserved its Provencal soul with its quiet streets and traditional stone houses, offers a peaceful and inspiring setting. The wild and authentic natural surroundings enrich the creativity of Insitio's cuisine and provide a unique space in which to relax.
