On the ground floor, the house comprises a large living area with a lounge, a dining room overlooking the garden and a separate kitchen fully equipped with everything you need: a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, an American fridge, ... There is also an adjoining utility room with an 8kg washing machine.
For the sleeping area, there are two bedrooms, each with a view over the garden: the first with a 180×200 bed and the second with two 80×190 beds. A bathroom with a walk-in shower, two washbasins and a separate toilet connect the two ground-floor bedrooms.
Upstairs, there are two further bedrooms, one with a 160×200 bed and the other with two 90×190 beds. A bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC connects these two upstairs bedrooms.
Outside, there is a large covered terrace where you can enjoy your meals in the shade. The swimming pool and garden are sure to be a delight to share with family and friends.
A deposit is required on arrival.
