A pied-à-terre in the heart of Lourmarin

Ideal for a couple and a child, the house is just a few metres from the lively main street, rue Henri de Savournin.
It is located in the small impasse Albert Camus (accessible from rue Albert Camus).

The house comprises around 55m² with, on the ground floor: a fitted kitchen ‘just like home’ opening onto the living room. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms (one with a single bed, the other with a double bed) and a shower room with toilet. From the bedrooms, you have a view over the roofs of Lourmarin and the lush vegetation of the small square.

It is possible to accommodate 2 extra people in the living room if required (please let me know in advance).

This former sheepfold also has a large vaulted room below the living room, where you can play a few games of table tennis (table left available), take some time out to read or relax (pending further work to improve the space).

All parts of the house are accessible to guests.

The house is functional and soberly decorated. It provides all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay and to make you feel at home. There is a fan in each bedroom and on the ceiling of the living room for your comfort in hot weather.

The equipment is brand new (combined microwave oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, small freezer, kettle, Nespresso, etc.).

Everything is provided (sheets, duvet, tea towels, bath towels, basic household cleaning products) unless you prefer to bring your own. Please ask me if you have any special requirements.

A deposit of €200 is required on arrival and will be returned on departure if nothing is missing or damaged.

Please note: the cul-de-sac rises, and the house can be reached with a few steps. There is an attractive staircase leading to the bedrooms. A landing gives you extra space. However, the property is not accessible to unaccompanied PRMs.
